Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Elizabeth McLaren Richards late of 94 Kitchener Road, Alfred Cove, Western Australia, who died on 31 January 2020 are required by Tracey Lee Oberg the Executor of her estate to send particulars of their claims to her care of Murfett Legal, Level 2, 111 Wellington Street, East Perth 6004, Western Australia, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regards only to the claims of which she then has notice.
