Published under section 93(4) of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Minister for Mines and Petroleum approves the Code of Practice—Ground control for Western Australian mining operations. This approval comes into force from the date of publication in the Western Australian Government Gazette.
