Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 29th day of august 2017 at albany in the said state, are required by the executor peter alexander nash, c/- 45 duke street, albany, western australia to send particulars of their claims to david moss & co of po box 5744, albany wa 6332 by the date one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which he has then had notice.
