Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the Estate of Andrew Emanuel Petrelis, deceased, are required by the Executor, Maria Karageorge, to send particulars of their claim to Taylor Smart by 4th September 2026. After this date, the Executor may distribute assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have had notice.
