The coag health council has made the following regulation under section 245 of the health practitioner regulation national law as applied by the law of the states and territories. This regulation may be cited as the health practitioner regulation national law amendment (miscellaneous) regulation 2019. This regulation amends the health practitioner regulation national law regulation 2018.
