Notice is hereby given that the Hon Stephen Dawson MLC, Minister for Environment, has approved the Guniyan Binba Conservation Park joint management plan 2020 (the plan). The plan has been prepared in accordance with Part V of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984. The plan applies to Guniyan Binba Conservation Park, reserved for the purpose of โconservation parkโ, and will be jointly held and jointly managed by Yawuru Registered Native Title Body Corporate, the Shire of Broome and the Conservation and Parks Commission.
