Pursuant to section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby restrict the speed of all motorised vessels to 8 knots in the following area commencing from 6:00am on 15th November 2025 to 9:00pm on 16th November 2025. Location—all the waters adjacent to the Mangles Bay Dive Trail contained by lines commencing at a point on the foreshore at 32°16.368′S, 115°43.956′E (adjacent to Bell Park), thence approximately 83 metres northwest to 32°16.335′S, 115°43.931′E, thence southwest to 32°16.401′S, 115°43.812′E, thence northwest to the border of the water ski area at 32°16.338′S, 115°43.762′E, thence northwest to 32°16.408′S, 115°43.635′E, thence southeast to a point on the foreshore at 32°16.511′S, 115°43.677′E, thence along the foreshore to the point of commencement located at 32°16.368′S, 115°43.956′E.
