Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 14 of the Public Trustee Act 1941 and amendments the Public Trustee has elected to administer the estates of the undermentioned deceased persons.
Related notices
Requires creditors and other persons with claims against deceased estates to send particulars by 26 October 2026.
Requires creditors to send particulars of their claims to the Public Trustee by October 19, 2026.
Requires creditors to send particulars of claims for multiple deceased estates to the Public Trustee by October 12, 2026.
The Public Trustee has elected to administer the estate of Douglas James Denholm.
