In the matter of the estate of Ronald Peter Whyte, late of [contact details redacted] Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 27th day of November 2019, are required by the administrator, Patrick Milton Whyte, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, by the 19th day of July 2023, after which date the said administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
