I hereby declare in accordance with the provisions of section 3(2) of the perth theatre trust act 1979 that the james street amphitheatre and audio visual facility, together with the pica building and james street mall being portion of lot 510 on deposited plan 409040 to be a theatre for the purposes of this act.
