Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of rita florence douglas late of coolibah aged care facility, 30 third avenue, mandurah wa who died on 30 april 2021, are required by the trustee, david james kirchner to send to solicitors for the trustee, templar legal pty ltd, p.o. box 8243, subiaco east wa 6008, particulars of such claims by 30 september 2021. After such date, the trustee may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
