Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Evan David Wesley of 17 Strickland Avenue, Northam, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 01/01/2024, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor David James Wesley care of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, po box 840, West Perth wa 6872, within thirty (30) days after the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
