These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940. They cover berthing dues, waiving charges in emergencies, controlling short term access to service jetty, and charges for sullage removal. Schedules 1 to 3 are replaced, detailing dues and charges generally, including standard rates for casual and annual use, and transferability of annual payments. Specific dues are listed for Albany Waterfront Marina and Emu Point Boat Harbour.
