Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 April 2020, are required by the applicant for grant of representation, James Xavier Hassett, c/- [contact details redacted] 6743 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 4th day of January 2021, after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
