Creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates), in respect of the estate of susan jones, late of 120 lancaster road, mckail, western australia, who died on 20th january 2023, are required by the applicant for grant of probate, lesley jones, of 2/21 the greenway heathmont, vic, 3135, to send particulars of such claims within 30 days of publication of this notice. After such date, the applicant for grant of probate may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
