In the matter of the estate of Philip Walter Payne late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 february 2026, are required by the executor of care of fort knox legal, [contact details redacted] fort knox legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
