ZZ414 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Estate of Mary Harriet Firth, late of Middle Swan Residential Care 6 Eveline Road, Middle Swan Western Australia 6056, Retired Family Business Manager, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on 18th October 2025 are required by the Executor, Leonard Firth, to send particulars of their claims to him c/- 28 Cordova Ct Craigie WA 6025 within 31 days from date of publication of this Notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
