WC301 Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management (Scales of Fees) Amendment Regulations 2019 Made by the Governor in Executive Council. 1. Citation These regulations are the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management (Scales of Fees) Amendment Regulations 2019. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 November 2019. 3734 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 22 October 2019 3. Regulation 2 amended In regulation 2(2) in the definition of MBS item number delete “1 November 2018.” and insert: 1 November 2019. 5.
