The salaries and allowances tribunal has issued a determination with respect to an appointment to a consultant state prosecutor position at the office of the director of public prosecutions, a position within the special division of the wa public service. This variation is effective on and from 7 august 2018. The determination of the salaries and allowances tribunal made on 25 june 2018 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the salaries and allowances act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a determination set out below.
