Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30th June 2020, are required by the trustee, Anna Nicoletta Traianou to send particulars of their claims to her, c/- Beaufort Legal, Suite 9, 250 Beaufort Street Perth in the State of Western Australia within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
