It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Wiluna Local Planning Scheme amendment on 13 December 2018 for the purpose of—(a) rezoning Lot 52 (HN76) Wotton Street, Wiluna from ‘Town Centre’ to ‘Tourist’.(b) rezoning Lot 81 (HN 55) Lennon Street, Wiluna, from ‘Residential (R10)’ to ‘Tourist’.(c) rezoning a portion of Public Road that exists between Lot 52 (HN 76) Wotton street and Lot 81 (HN55) Lennon Street, Wiluna, from ‘Residential (R10)’ to ‘Tourist’; and(d) amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
