These regulations are the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage (Cost Recovery) Regulations 2023. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) Part 1 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on 1 July 2023.
