Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 2nd day of May 2022, are required by the executor and trustee, being mr david edmund hackman, of c/- mort & associates, [contact details redacted] their claims to him at mort & associates of [contact details redacted] one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
