Licence pl 105 held by ddg fortescue river pty ltd has, by instrument of variation stp-plv-0070, been varied to replace annexure ‘c’ basis of design—particulars of pipeline design with the new annexure ‘c’—pipeline specifications and particulars to allow the supply of gas to the solomon mine cng facility via the interconnecting pipe to the solomon meter station, with effect on 13 march 2018.
