This notice, which is for public information only, is to confirm that on 18 september 2024 the hon. hannah beazley mla, minister for local government, approved amendments to the establishment agreement for the resource recovery group pursuant to section 3.62 of the local government act 1995. the amended establishment agreement came into effect on the 10 october 2024.
