Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates) in respect of the estate of anne maria best late of 36 ruby avenue, langford in the state of western australia who died on 20 january 2020 are required by the executrix to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executrix of the estate of anne maria best deceased care of wl and kj everett po box 295 subiaco wa 6904 within one month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executrix may convey or distribute the assets having regard only of which the personal representative then has notice.
