Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the council of the Shire of Collie resolved on 1 August 2017 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Collie Parking and Parking Facilities Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends, the Shire of Collie Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law published in the Government Gazette on 13 November 2012.
