Edmund Henry Duggan, late of Como Nursing Home, Talbot Avenue, Como, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2nd September 2014 are required by the executor of the deceased E. S. Duggan of [contact details redacted] within one month of the publication hereof after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
