I declare in accordance with the provisions of section 99 of the Mining Act 1978 that the undermentioned mining lease is forfeited for breach of covenant, being failure to comply with the prescribed expenditure condition, with prior right of application for the subject land being granted to the applicant for forfeiture under section 100.
