This proclamation is the Queen’s Birthday Holiday 2019 (Marble Bar) Proclamation 2019. Instead of Monday 30 September 2019, Monday 8 July 2019 is to be the Celebration Day for the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Reigning Sovereign in 2019 in that part of the East Pilbara local government district that is in, or within 150 km of, the townsite of Marble Bar (constituted under the Land Administration Act 1997 section 26(2), including the townsite of Nullagine (as constituted under that provision)); but not within 150 km of the townsite of Newman (as constituted under that provision).
