The ach management code comes into effect on the 1 july 2023. The aboriginal cultural heritage act 2021 (act) recognises, protects, conserves, and preserves aboriginal cultural heritage (ach). A dda must be undertaken in accordance with this code. This code sets out how a dda is to be undertaken by a person proposing to carry out an activity.
