Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 april 2024, are required by the executor, peter david barry, care of [contact details redacted] their claim by monday 20 october 2025, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
