Notice to landowners/occupiers within the Shire of Dandaragan that fire-breaks must be installed by 1 November 2021 and maintained clear of inflammable material up to and including 30 April 2022 as per the requirements in relation to Section 33 of the Bushfires Act 1954. Details requirements for urban/residential land, rural residential land, rural land and plantations. Alternate alignments and variations to firebreak and fuel hazard notices require written application to the Shire of Dandaragan before 1 October.
