Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2 april 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to the care of amanda liston legal, [contact details redacted] 1 october 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
