Pursuant to regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, the following area of water is closed to swimming on 26th January 2023 for specified times opposite Langley Park, Swan River. Also, all waters within a 150-meter radius around the 4 fireworks barges associated with the Australia Day Pyro techniques are closed to swimming between 8:00AM on Thursday 26th January 2023 and sunrise on Friday 27th January 2023. This notice is valid from the date of publication.
