Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 december 2016, are required by the executor, barry john coomber c/- joyce l seidl, solicitor, po box 70, applecross wa 6153 to send particulars of their claims within 30 days of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
