Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 june 2024, are required by the personal representative anna maria beard, robert clive hacking and brian charles morris of c/- luna legal group of 106 burswood road, burswood, wa 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by 1 november 2024, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they have then been given notice.
