I, John Quigley MLA, Attorney General; Minister for Electoral Affairs, pursuant to section 26 of the Professional Standards Act 1997 (WA) (the Act), authorise the publication of The Law Society of New South Wales Professional Standards Scheme (the Scheme) submitted to me by the Professional Standards Council of New South Wales. The Scheme is published with this authorisation and commences on 22 November 2024.
