Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Nina Dallas Sharpe late of [contact details redacted] 23 april 2020, are required to send particulars of their claims to Byford Legal of unit 3, [contact details redacted] the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the respective trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
