The environmental protection authority (“authority”), acting pursuant to section 59(1)(e) of the interpretation act 1984, has resolved to revoke the following delegations— delegation no. 34 dated 22 january 2014 and published in the gazette on 4 february 2014, delegation no. 37 dated 15 october 2015 and published in the gazette on 23 october 2015, delegation no. 58 dated 3 november 2023 and published in the gazette on 17 november 2023, and delegation no. 62 dated 21 june 2024 and published in the gazette on 27 august 2024.
