Made by the governor in executive council under section 23 of the soil and land conservation act 1945 on the recommendation of the minister for agriculture and food. This order may be cited as the soil and land conservation (kondut-mocardy land conservation district) amendment order 2018. In this order the soil and land conservation (kondut-mocardy land conservation district) order 1988* is referred to as the principal order. Clauses 5 and 6 of the principal order are deleted.

Deletes clauses 5 and 6 of the principal order related to the Wellesley Land Conservation District.
Amends the Walpole-Tingledale Land Conservation District order by deleting clauses 5 and 6.
Amends the Soil and Land Conservation (Nullarbor-Eyre Land Conservation District) Order 2018 by deleting clauses 5 and 6.
Amends the Soil and Land Conservation (Newdegate Land Conservation District) Order 1993 by deleting clauses 5 and 6.
