In the matter of the estate of kenneth robert straker, late of 71 fourth avenue, shoalwater, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 11th day of june 2016, are required by the executor, rodney kenneth straker, to send the particulars of their claim to havilah legal of level 2, 200 adelaide terrace, east perth, western australia, po box 6382, east perth, western australia 6892 by the 22nd day of june 2017, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
