Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 24th January 2019, are required by personal representative Lynda Faye Webb of c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, PO Box 1114, Morley, WA 6943 to send particulars of their claims to her by the by 22nd August 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
