Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 wa relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 17/04/2025, are required by the trustee of the late Douglas Henry Halliday, c/- mountains lawyers, [contact details redacted] trustee within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
