Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Grace Clohessy, late of Aegis Bassendean, [contact details redacted] 21 January 2019, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the administrator of the estate of Grace Clohessy, deceased care of Young & Young, [contact details redacted] 29 November 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
