Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Grace Clohessy, late of Aegis Bassendean, 27 Hamilton Street, Bassendean, Western Australia, who died on 21 January 2019, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the administrator of the estate of Grace Clohessy, deceased care of Young & Young, 5 Spencer Street, Bunbury, Western Australia by 29 November 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
