Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 19th day of January 2023 at Perth in the said state are required by the executor and trustee joanne fowler to send particulars of their claims to the executor, post office box 66, forrestfield, wa 6058 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claim for which she has then had notice.
