The salaries and allowances tribunal has issued a determination with respect to the reviewed deputy director general, safety regulation position at the department of mines, industry regulation and safety, a position within the special division of the wa public service. This variation is effective on and from 30 july 2018. The determination of the salaries and allowances tribunal made on 25 june 2018 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the salaries and allowances act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a determination set out below.
