I, William Joseph Johnston MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum, pursuant to section 40F of the Mining Act 1978, hereby declare that section 40E does not apply to Crown land specified hereunder. The designated area in Western Australia described in schedule 1 to the Biosecurity (Human Biosecurity Emergency) (Human Coronavirus with Pandemic Potential) (Emergency Requirements for Remote Communities) Determination 2020 made under subsection 477(1) of the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth); and the following pastoral leases.
