It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Kojonup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 10 May 2017 for the purpose of designating a portion of Lot 11 Albany Highway, Boscabel as Additional Use Site A5 and modifying the Scheme Map accordingly.
