Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 7 november 2023 are required by the executor kevin peter stewart to send particulars of their claim to mgd law of care of [contact details redacted] (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
